- Summary:The article ´´Elvis Presley In The U.S. Army:The Journey Begins.´´ talks about how Elvis Presley joined the U.S. Army at age 18 in 1958. While in the army Elvis worked harder than any other soldier and earned many medals for marksmanship. Elvis completed 3 years in the military before being discharged in March 3,1960.
- Assessment:The author is a reliable source because he knows the real story of Elvis´s military life. I decided to use this source because it helps me understand what Elvis did in the military.
- Reflect:This article was very helpful in helping me answer my question what did Elvis have to do with the military?
